Shipping within India
- Since quick delivery of what you have ordered is vital to us, we endeavour to process your order either the same day you place it or on the exact following business day.
- Free delivery on purchases over 999/-
- Shipping Charges- We charge 100 rupees for prepaid orders and 200 rupees for COD orders for shipping.
- Transportation for local orders, typically takes 2–7 working days.
- Orders are all processed by the following business day.
- We send using the most reputable and well-known shipping partners, such as Expressbees, ECOM Express, and Delhivery.
- If you want the products to arrive fast, please choose express shipping.
- Tracking numbers are provided with every order.
- The location, distance, and logistics partners all affect shipping times. To avoid any festival rush or time-bound delivery, please place your order in advance.
- India Post will ship your order if there isn’t a private courier service available where you live.
DELIVERY PROCESS
- Every order delivery we make is OTP-based (one-time password), which means that when the item is delivered, the delivery person will request the OTP that you will receive on your smartphone from TRIGYA.
- Before giving the delivery guy your OTP, please ensure he has your box with him.
- Please remember that if the person holding your package is not physically there in front of you, you should never tell him your OTP over the phone or over SMS.
- Verify that no one got involved with the package you received.
- Make sure to record a 360-degree parcel opening video so that we can help you if you face any issues.
- Within 24 hours of getting the OTP, you must contact trigyajewellery@gmail.com at our customer care number, âž¿ +918700316906, by phone or WhatsApp, if you received an OTP for your delivery but never received it.
NOTE
- Please remember that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not included in the shipping day count.
- Kindly enter your PIN code and exact address.
- The shipping address can’t be changed once the order has been placed.
- Please track your package on your own after you have received the tracking information for your shipping.
- Customers are required to schedule prepaid orders for the future if they refuse COD orders.
- Unavoidable events such as natural disasters, holidays, etc. may cause delivery delays for which we are not liable.
