Refund and Returns Policy


No Return / Refund Policy – At Trigya Jewellery, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality jewellery that meets your expectations. Our team carefully inspects and packs every order to ensure you receive exactly what you see on your phone or laptop. Due to our rigorous quality control process, the need for returns or exchanges is rare. However, we understand that sometimes issues can arise. Please read our policy below.

We have a quick and flexible return policy

  • You are entitled to an exchange if the product you get is defective or damaged.
  • There won’t be any cash returned; only a gift card will be given.
  • We provide gift cards that are redeemable within 15 days of issuance.
  • Gift cards that were issued for returns of earlier orders are not refundable.

Product Exchange Specifications:

  • You must send us a video of the received products and contact us within 24 hours of getting the package.
  • It is possible to return an unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged product as long as it is in its original packaging, with all labels and tags remaining fully attached.
  • Items that are on sale are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns.
  • Our staff will get in touch with you for reverse pick-up as soon as your exchange request is approved.
  • We will review and inspect the product after receiving it, and we will supply the proper product in accordance with our policy.
  • Please be aware that exchanges are dependent on the product being available. If the product isn’t available, you can look for any other item that costs the same price.

The procedure for requesting a return is as follows:

  • Using the Contact Us page, you can email us as well.
  • We will schedule the reverse pick-up at your request.
  • We will inspect the merchandise on our end after receiving the returned item.
  • After deducting the original order’s shipping costs, we will provide you with a gift card or credit note once your return is approved.
  • We won’t consider any requests if you contact us after 24 hours of receiving the order.

Failure of product pickup:

  • The pickup request will be considered unsuccessful if the item is not picked up after three attempts.
